Account Manager (part-time, freelance, remote)

We are on the lookout for a freelance, part-time account manager/admin person for ad hoc remote work.

The role will initially require about 10 hours a week. Ideally about 2 hrs per day.

The role will require you to :

  • Work with time to help document / organise tasks on a project (or projects)
  • Liaise with customers to manage expectations
  • Deal with team members
  • Monitor projects hours spent per month.
  • Help client set priorities for current tasks

We use WordPress for the majority of our website projects, so if you have any familiarity with WordPress (or similar), that will be a bonus.

You will be:

  • freelance / self-employed
  • familiar with, and a competent user of, spreadsheets, apps, technology etc
  • methodical, clear thinking, task/process focussed person. Able to manage your time, meet goals, juggle priorities
  • a proactive self-starter with a strong attention to detail
  • clear communicator, able to liaise with our team on a regular basis, as well as able to email or (when required) phone clients to take briefs, resolve queries, and keep them updated with the progress of projects.

The role is ad hoc, part-time (can fit around your availability), and remote (you will be working for your own location; so a stable internet connection is a must). You will be freelance / self-employed.

This will suit a person look for long term, part time work.
