WordPress, like any software, needs to be well looked after and maintained so that it is not only healthy & up to date, but also that it is secure and fast (speed is essential for good user experience and SEO).

Established in 2001, we at Glass Mountains are WordPress specialists. Over 95% of our project work, and 100% of our ongoing support work, are based around the WordPress platform. So you can be reassured you are dealing with experts who can help you.

What WordPress support can we offer?

Basic support can include tasks such as:

  • Upgrading plugins on your website
  • Fixing WordPress issues
  • Installing a new theme
  • Troubleshooting issues your website admin team are having
  • Providing help and training
  • Investigating issues your users are reporting
  • Setting up a WordPress test site for you to review changes
  • Selecting and installing new WordPress plugins to match your required functionality
  • Creating bespoke code to enhance your WordPress site (typically where you need your site to interact with a third-party service via an API)
  • Fixing issues with slow loading WordPress sites
  • Migrating your WordPress site to better hosting
  • etc

In short, any issues you are having with your WordPress site, we can help with. If you have any functionally you want to add to your site, we can suggest the best route forward, and deliver that for you.

Whilst we are UK based, we work and support WordPress clients from all over the globe (many in the US).

Joel’s Glass Mountains team has been amazing. I’m able to sleep better at night knowing that the websites are always being taken care of and that any problem, if it arises, will be fixed immediately. They take full ownership of everything they do, and I don’t know what I’d do without them.

What levels of support do we offer?

We can cater to clients who only need occasional help, to clients who need us to perform monthly updates, all the way up to clients where we are working on significant ongoing projects each month.

In short, if you let us know what you are looking for, then we can offer you a support package to help.

WordPress Support factors to consider

When considering your WordPress support package, do bear in mind these points:

The more quickly you expect us to respond and work on your problem, the greater the level of investment you need to make.

The more hours you expect us to be able to work on your project each day/week/month, the greater the level of investment you need to make.

If you need servicing outside of standard UK hours, e.g. evenings or weekends, that will need to be reflected in the level of website support investment you are looking to make.

Next Steps

If you have a list of fixes which you would like addressed on your website, then perhaps look at our WordPress Support Pay As You Go service. Note, this is an ad hoc service not ideally designed for emergency or highly time-sensitive changes – for that you will more than likely need a defined support agreement. Please get in touch to discuss how we can help you with your WordPress website support needs.
