What levels of support do we offer?

We can cater to clients who only need occasional help, to clients who need us to perform monthly updates, all the way up to clients where we are working on significant ongoing projects each month.

In short, if you let us know what you are looking for, then we can offer you a support package to help.

WordPress Support factors to consider

When considering your WordPress support package, do bear in mind these points:

The more quickly you expect us to respond and work on your problem, the greater the level of investment you need to make.

The more hours you expect us to be able to work on your project each day/week/month, the greater the level of investment you need to make.

If you need servicing outside of standard UK hours, e.g. evenings or weekends, that will need to be reflected in the level of website support investment you are looking to make.
